These terms govern your use of Attuned's website, waitlist, and app. By using them, you agree to what's below. We've kept it as plain as we can.
1. Using Attuned
You may use Attuned only if you can form a binding contract with us and are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure.
2. Your streaming accounts
Attuned connects to third-party services like Spotify and Apple Music through their official sign-in. Your use of those services stays governed by their own terms. We access your data from them only with your permission, and you can disconnect at any time. We aren't responsible for changes those services make to their platforms or APIs.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the playlists, messages, and other content you create. By sharing content in Attuned, you give us the limited permission needed to store it, sync it across services, and display it to the people you share it with. Don't post content that's illegal, infringing, harassing, or that you don't have the right to share.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe others' rights while using Attuned.
- Interfere with, abuse, or try to gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse our systems or data.
- Harass other users or share harmful or misleading content.
5. Tickets and third-party links
Attuned surfaces concerts and links to ticketing partners such as SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, and Bandsintown. Purchases happen on those partners' sites under their terms — we're not the seller and aren't responsible for their transactions, pricing, or events.
6. Paid features
Attuned may offer paid subscription tiers. If you subscribe, the price, billing period, and renewal terms will be shown to you before you pay. Subscriptions purchased through an app store are also subject to that store's billing terms.
7. Changes to the service
We're actively building Attuned, so features may change, launch, or be discontinued. We may also update these terms; if we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Attuned is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
